PROSEDURE KEAMANAN JIKA TERJADI KEBAKARAN

Fire Safety Procedures.

Sistem Pencegahan kami mencakup alat pemadam yang dipasang secara strategis, detektor panas atau asap dengan alarm terminal yang dipantau 24 jam. Dalam keadaan darurat, tetap tenang dan kami akan memandu Anda melalui pengeras suara yang dipasang di setiap ruangan, koridor dan area publik. kami sangat merekomendasikan untuk mengikuti saran kami.

Our Fire Prevention system includes strategical sprinklers, heat or smoke detectors with 24 hours monitored terminal alarm. In case of emergency, stay calm and we will guide you through the loud speaker that installed on the room, corridor and public area. we are highly recomend to follow our following suggestion.

Titik evakuasi jika terjadi kebakaran berada di tempat parkir di pintu masuk depan lobby hotel. Jika Anda menemukan api / asap di kamar Anda:

Harap tenang, tekan angka “1” dari telepon di kamar Anda segera beritahukan nomor kamar Anda dan segala informasi yang dibutuhkan kepada operator kami
Harap mengikuti instruksi dari operator kami. Segera keluar dari kamar dan tutup pintu di belakang Anda.
Berjalanlah menuju tangga darurat terdekat (JANGAN MENGGUNAKAN LIFT).
Jika ada banyak asap, merunduklah di tempat evakuasi, harap mengikuti instruksi dari staff kami

Parking area is the assembly point in case of fire or emergency situation, located at the front of our entrance of the lobby. If you found fire, smoke in your room:

Please calm down, dial “1” in your room and immediately tell your room number and all the information needed to our operator
Please follow from our operator. Get out of the room and close the door behind you.
Walk towards the nearest emergency staircase (DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR).
If there is a lot of smoke, bow down in the evacuation area, please follow the rules of our staff

If You Are Requested To Leave Your Room and The Door Doesn’t Feel Hot.

Harap tenang, tekan angka “1” dari telepon di kamar Anda segera beritahukan nomor kamar Anda dan segala informasi yang dibutuhkan kepada operator kami

KELUARLAH DENGAN HATI-HATI Jika pintu tidak terasa panas, bukalah perlahan-lahan dan tengoklah ke kedua arah tanda pintu darurat yang terdekat.
Bawalah kunci kamar anda keluar dari kamar dan tutuplah pintu kamar Anda.
Berjalanlah ke arah tangga darurat terdekat dan tinggalkan gedung (JANGAN MENGGUNAKAN LIFT).
Jika ada banyak asap, merunduklah di tempat evakuasi, harap mengikuti instruksi dari staff kami.
Tutup celah dibawah pintu dengan handuk atau kain basah untuk mengurangi asap.
Jika Anda bermaksud membuka jendela untuk udara segar, dan Anda berada diatas lantai dasar, hindari memecahkan kaca jendela, karena mungkin Anda akan bermaksud menutupnya kembali untuk mengurangi asap.

GET OUT CAREFULLY, if the door doesn’t feel hot, calm down and look at the directions sign of the stair emergency exit.
Take out your room key and close the door.
Walk towards the nearest emergency staircase and leave the building (DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR).
If there is a lot of smoke, bow down at the evacuation area, we highly recommend to follow the guidance of our staff.
Cover the gaps under the door with a towel or damp cloth to reduce smoke.
If you intend to open the windows for fresh air, and you are above the ground floor, avoid breaking the windows, as you may intend to close them again to reduce smoke.

JANGAN BUKA PINTU
Jika telepon tidak bisa digunakan, harap gantung selimut Anda di depan kaca jendela agar staff/ pemadam kebakaran mengetahui keberadaan Anda namun jangan berusaha untuk menuruni balkoni sendirian.
Tetaplah tenang sambil menunggu instruksi selanjutnya. Jika anda tidak dapat keluar kamar, maka kamar Anda adalah tempat yang paling aman.

DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR
If the phone is not working, please hang your blanket in front of the window so that the our staff / firefighters know that you are inside, but do not attempt to climb down the balcony alone.
Remain to calm while you waiting for further instructions. If you cannot leave the room, then your room is the safest place.

APABILA TERJADI GEMPA

In Case Of Earthquake, Use The Triangle Of Life.

Mungkin jarang terjadi ketika anda tinggal dengan kami akan terjadi gempa. Tetapi apabila terjadi gempa, jangan berlindung dibawah meja. Anda harus berlindung dibawah benda yang besar, dan ini yang disebut triangle of life.

Jika terjadi gempa dan Anda tidak dapat keluar kamar melalui jendela atau pintu dengan mudah, maka tiaraplah atau merangkak kearah sofa atau kursi yang besar. Jika Anda berada di tempat tidur ketika gempa terjadi, sandarkan tempat tidur Anda. Tempat yang aman akan ada disekitar tempat tidur Anda. Anda harus berbaring di lantai disisi bawah bed ketika gempa terjadi.

It may be rare that when you stay with us there will be an earthquake. But in case of an earthquake, don’t take shelter under a table. You have to take shelter under a big object, and this is called the triangle of life.

If an earthquake occurs and you cannot easily leave your room through the window or door, then get down or crawl on to a large sofa or chair. If you were in bed when an earthquake occurred, back your bed back. A safe place will be around your bed. You have to lay down on the floor under the bed when an earthquake occurs.

Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan kamera pengaman CCTV dan petugas keamanan yag berjaga sepanjang hari. Untuk keamanan anda, harap selalu mengunci kamar dan mengkonfirmasi tamu sebelum mengizinkan mereka kedalam kamar. Apabila anda melihat seseorang atau sesuatu yang mencurigakan di area hotel, silahkan hubungi staff keamanan kami dengan menghubungi “0” untuk Emergency atau Keadaan Darurat dari telepon kamar.

The hotel is equipped with security cameras and full-time security officers. For your safety, remember to keep your room door double-locked and always identify visitors before letting them into the room. If you see any suspicious activity in the hotel premise, do not hesitate to contact our staff by dialling “0” emergency from the room Extension.
