WHO WE ARE ?

Lombok Astoria Hotel is an Executive class hotel in a wonderful and strategic location. The hotel has its own characteristic and personality which distinctively set us apart from the competitors. We strive in providing each and every one of our guest a unique experience during their stay with us.

Our philosophy has two folds. First and foremost, everything we do is centered on our guest and making sure we give them an unforgettable experience every time they stay at our Hotel.
Secondly, we promote the unique  characteristics of our property and  always seeking new ways to enhance  our visibility and sales in the market. Our core value is built around business  ethics, integrity, transparency and  innovation.

OUR LOCATION

We are located in Kota Mataram – Lombok, directly on it’s main road
at Jl. Sudirman No. 40.

We guaranteed a scenic view of Mataram City and the view of Rinjani Mountain. We strive in provide our guests with unique experience during they stay with Us.

HISTORY

THE CONSTRUCTION 2014

The property currently sits on 10,000m2 of strategic land with a gorgeous view of Mount Rinjani. In addition, the property was designed to uphold 165 rooms, which was designed specifically by our architect to make each guest feels at home.

THE OPENING 2016

After facing many obstacles and overcome a challenge, we finally had our grand opening on February 24th, 2016. At the following moment, the Mayor of Mataram and many local officials in West Nusa Tenggara showed great support towards our existence in the hospitality industry. This gesture showed tremendous appreciation from local stakeholders.

THE BRANDING 2017

Throughout the initiation process, we strive for excellence and therefore, the management had its ups and down by searching for the perfect fit and solid management team. By June 20th, 2017, Lombok Astoria finally settled and overcome as a new brand along with a distinct face, substantial team, and solid management to further enhance its service quality for our guests.
